Modern Upholstery uses mainly synthetic materials such as foam, elasticated webbing, polyester wadding and staples.
It delivers much quicker results than traditional upholstery keeping costs of material and labour down.
Some also feel they give a greater comfort to a seat. The materials are such that they are lightweight and suited to mass production.
I don’t compromise on quality, comfort or appearance using modern methods over traditional methods.
